Located in northeast Kentucky, the Addington Properties are strategically located to take advantage of an economic expansion of this region.     Addington Land owns over 85 acres of developed and 20,000 acres of undeveloped land near two fast growing industrial parks at the East Park Industrial Development Area.     Developed properties along the I-64 Corridor consists of 8 parcels ranging in size from 4 to 20 acres.     All infrastructure such as roads, power, sewer and water are currently available.

        Located near the Addington Properties is the new manufacturing and distributing facility of Cintas Corporation.     Employing up to 300 people, Cintas constructed a 273,000 square foot building near I-64.     A Technology and Training Center is under construction and will be completed within a year.     This building will be over 27,000 square feet and will be available to industries locating in or near the Industrial Parks.     East Park, a local economic development entity, has also constructed a 105,000 square foot "Spec. Building" suitable for manufacturing.
